details.we delivery the shoes once your payment

buy sample shoes and what is the price ? |
We accept to sell even one pair as sample.Please contact
us for price. |

is the Minimum Order ? |
We prefer to start a regular order at minimum 12pair, if
you need an order less 12pair.please kindly negotiate
with us. |

Do
you accept Cash on Delivery (COD) ? |
No.we only accept delivery upon your prepayment. |

long it takes to receive shoes ? |
Most usually it takes 5 business day to receive the
shoes. |

is your Payment Methods ? |
We only accept the Western Union and Wire Transfer ( T/T
).Do not use Paypal or Credit Card. |

Sorry. we do not have any catalogs that are available to
ship to customers individually. You may check our latest
product listings for your desired item and
specifications by visiting our website. All current
products available (i.e. styles and sizes) are those

with the latest styles and offerings. |

How are purchases packaged ? |
Purchases are shipped directly from stocks, and are all
packaged in its original box. Merchandises are carefully
surrounded in protective material. |

can I view the details of my transaction ? |
Immediately after
an order has been submitted and payment accepted, we
issue sales invoice would be forwarded to the email
address that was provided in your order details. This
invoice should be reviewed, and retained for any further

I received the wrong merchandise, what should I do ? |
Customers
have an option of either requesting a refund or an
exchange for their merchandises. This request must be
forwarded to us within 7 business days from delivery,
and in both options, returned to our center within ten
business days from the date of receipt. The return
address will be provided to you by a customer support
staff after receiving your request. Refer to our return
policies for further details. |
