What shipping options do you offer?
Basically we ship our packages via international EMS - WORLDWIDE EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE. It is Fast and Safe! If you would prefer UPS, FedEx or TNT, there might be extra cost,so please contact us first.


How long will it be before I receive my order?
All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 1-2 business days. Once processing is done, shoes are shipped. It will take 5-7 days thereafter to get the shipped merchandise. Most of our international clients receive their orders in less than one week.
 

Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number would be sent to your registered email address when order is shipped. You may track it at EMS (USPS,AAE) site.


What information should I offer for a smooth Shipping & Delivery?
